What's the deal with this blog?

For those who don't know, a "blog" is jargon for a "web log." It's an easy way to share thoughts and keep running commentary for whatever one feels like commenting on.

This one was set up to keep a little running log about our proposed "writing gathering." Those of you who are slated for involvement know that the goal is to get together and share stuff we've written--no matter what it is, and no matter if you deem yourself a world class writer or just a person with a pen and pad scribbling down your thoughts. There's no criticism, only support and sharing. Whatever you like to do, it all good here.

Anyone who wants to share some evenings with good people, sharing or even just listening, is welcome.

The same is true of this blog. Anyone who wants to contribute a thought is encouraged to. We'll get "join this blog" invitations out to those of you involved or potentially involved soon enough (that will giving you the ability to post & comment easily). And if you know someone who wants to join this blog, email Steve or RIch and we'll send 'em out an invite.
